How do I book a treatment?

The easiest and quickest way to book a treatment is online. You can also book with the hotel reception or directly with any Massage Beach therapist.

Can I book multiple treatments at once when booking online?

You can book one treatment at a time online via our website. We are reviewing this process and working to have a multi-treatment booking system in place by summer 2017.

It wont let me select the desired time and date when booking online

The online booking system will only show available slots for the treatment you have selected. Please choose an alternative date and time which is suitable. If no available slots suit your requirement please speak directly with the therapist who can help fulfill your request.

I have booked online but not received confirmation

Automatic email confirmations are sent with every booking. If you have not received an email please check your junk mail folder. If you cannot locate the confirmation email –

Why do I have to give my email address?

 We require your email address to send booking confirmations and receipts. Emails are also used as a unique client reference.

I do not have an email address, can I book?

If you do not have an email address you cannot make a booking online. However, you can book direct with the therapist or at hotel reception.

Why do you need to take personal details?

We ask for  some personal information before the treatment commences. We need this information for your safety to ensure the treatment is suitable. We also need the information for professional indemnity  insurance obligations.

Is my personal information safe?

We store all personal information on our secure servers and take technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

All electronic transactions you make to or receive from our payment provider Braintree Payments, a division of PayPal will be encrypted using SSL technology. Note that we do not store your credit or debit card details or have access to these details.

Why am I asked to leave a deposit against a booking?

Deposit payments left against bookings are deducted from the treatment price. We ask for deposits to help ensure the smooth running of the timetable.

What if I am running late for my treatment?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your booking. If you arrive late you will receive a shorter treatment as per your original booking schedule, or you may not be able to have the treatment. This will depend on demand and will be at the discretion of your therapist.

Can I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the treatment is due to commence and receive your deposit payment refunded in full. Deposits are non refundable if you cancel the appointment within the 24 hour period of your treatment start time. Please speak with a therapist or email


How long is my treatment?

The treatment time is stated on the treatment list. Please deduct a 2 - 4 minute consultation into your total treatment time.

When should I arrive for my booking?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment start time.

What should I wear?

The easiest and most popular option for our customers is to arrive in their  swimwear, please make sure it is dry! Any loose, dark and comfortable clothing is best.

Should I shower before my treatment?

This is at your discretion. However, if you have been at the beach we recommend that you rinse off any remaining sand. 

What happens if I’m more than 10 minutes late for my appointment?

There will be a reduction in your treatment time or you may not be able to have the treatment. This will depend on demand and will be at the discretion of your therapist.

I want to change my treatment?

You may amend the treatment up to 24 hours before the treatment is due to start by speaking with one of our therapists or emailing If you wish to amend the treatment within the 24 hour period please speak with the therapist and this is at their discretion.

I have a nut allergy can I receive a massage?

It is safe to receive a massage treatment using our blend of massage oils. Although our oils contain nut oils the proteins were removed when they were cold pressed. Therefore, they are safe to use. If you have a severe allergy we recommend receiving a patch test 24 hours prior to receiving a treatment.

i can see the treatment area outside but i would like to receive it indoors. Is this possible?

The treatment list is specific to receiving treatments at the pop-up treatment area outside. If you would like to receive a treatment inside we can offer this at mobile booking cost and is subject to availability.

Why do I have to sign the tablet?

Due to insurance obligations all customers must sign a contraindications page. 

What are contraindications?

They are conditions that could restrict or prohibit the treatment from being carried out. For your safety we ask for these at the start of every treatment during your consultation.

I am pregnant can I receive a treatment?

Yes, dependent on the stage of your pregnancy. You must inform your therapist that you are pregnant and select this on the contraindications page. Your therapist will discuss your treatment plan  with you and decide on the correct course of action.

I am pregnant is the oil safe to use?

Some essential oils are said to induce labour. However, our Calm & Tranquility blend  has a low concentration of essential oils and the oils used are safe to use during pregnancy.


Where can I buy products?

You can purchase products from the shop section of our website or directly from any Massage Beach therapist. 

I want to buy a product. How do I collect?

There are three options. You can get your product shipped to your home address (postage and packagin costs apply), collect from hotel reception (if you are staying at one of our working locations) or directly from the therapist at the pop-up treatment area.

I've changed my mind, can i return my purchase?

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your product purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. 

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage and packaging costs are shown when you checkout. This differ depending on what you purchase and where you require delivery. 

Why are products we sell labelled ‘professional only’?

All of the products we sell can only be purchased through official retailers. These retailers must be  accredited with our product supplier Eve Taylor London and must be operating as a professional therapist.

My delivery hasn’t arrived

If you have not received your delivery within the timeframe specified when  placing the order please contact  Please note that delivery is excluded on weekends and bank holidays.

Do you ship products internationally?

We offer international shipping. At checkout please choose your relevant shipping destination and method.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, none of our products we use or sell are not or never have been tested on animals. 

Where are the products made?

All products used in our facial and massage treatments are manufactured by Eve Taylor London Ltd and manufactured in the UK. 

Can I use gift vouchers to buy products?

Yes, you can use the value of your voucher to pay in part or full against any of our products or treatments. 

I’ve had an allergic reaction to a product

Cease using the product immediately. We recommend speaking with a qualified medical practitioner for advice and course of treatment if required. 

are plastic beads used in the exfoliation products?

Plastic beads are not used in any of our exfoliation products and the exfoliants used are naturally produced. For example, in our body scrub the exfoliant is sea salt, in the facial exfoliator bamboo beads are the exfoliant ingredient and in the  hand scrub sea salt is the exfoliant ingredient.

do the products contain parabens?

All of our products are paraben free. We do not use ingredients such as artificial colours or fragrances and well as other known irritants which can sensitize the skin, including alcohols, formaldehyde, petrochemicals, or phthalates alongside other ingredients that can be comodegenic (pore blocking). 

Is palm oil used in products?

Palm oil i used in some of the facial products. However, all palm oil contained within the products are sustainable and traceable.

I have experience in Massage but no qualifications can I apply?

No, you must hold an accredited qualification and have the ability to obtain therapist insurance 

I would like to join Massage Beach for a shorter contract period than 6 months, is this possible?

Yes, Please state the dates you wish to start and end in your cover letter. Preference will be given to therapists that can commit to the full 6 months.


Do I need to speak Spanish?

No, it is an advantage but not essential . However, we ask all therapist to learn basic Spanish greetings and numbers  to aid them in the role.

How will I find accommodation?

Massage Beach does not take responsibility for providing accommodation. However, we offer guidance, support and various options in finding your accommodation. We recommend that you share accommodation with other Massage Beach Therapists only.

Will I earn enough money?

Yes, we have not had any therapist that has worked with us that has not earned enough money to pay their rent and to cover living costs. Most therapists save money and use these funds to travel at the end of the season in places such as Thailand and Australia.

do i need a visa to work in ibiza?

If you have a European passport you have the right to work across Europe without a visa.
