Application of gentle pressure over the reflex points found on the feet and hands, in order to stimulate the body's own healing capacity.
Pregnancy Massage €30/ €60 (30/ 60 minutes)
Provides support for the new mother, by increasing blood and lymphatic circulation, which can reduce swelling. Reduces stress on weight-bearing joints. Enhances the pliability of skin and underlying tissues, and helps relieve muscle cramps and spasms.

Nail shape and soak, followed by cuticle conditioning, hand cream and a fantastic choice of the latest OPI nail lacquer colours to finish.
Deluxe Manicure/ French Manicure €40 (60 minutes)
Nail shape and soak, followed by cuticle conditioning, exfoliation treatment, hand massage, hand cream and your choice of nail lacquer to finish (or application of french polish to finish).
Deluxe Pedicure €40 (60 minutes)
Invigorate and refresh your feet. Begin with a soothing foot soak, followed by exfoliation treatment, and removal of excess hard skin; then a nail shape, cuticle conditioning and a relaxing massage. Your choice of OPI lacquer to finish.
Minx Nails €35 hands €40 feet (45 minutes) +€15 for manicure and pedicure to be included in procedure
