The nail area had leftover plates with food on them which was not a great first impression. The finished result was fantastic but when I booked I was told it would cost €23 which I paid in full only to be told that it would be an additional €5 and then finally an additional €15 which I had no choice other than to pay. Felt very ripped off if truth be told. |

My son who is 6 was so pleased with his massage, has requested daily massages. So I would say the massage was a big hit with him. |

Sofia was an amazing therapist. Very knowledgable and kind. I saw Sofia walking round the Allua Hawaii hotel approaching everyone, she kept very busy and now my toes look amazing! Will defo be visiting again |

Sofia's massage technique was great, I regularly have massages and when I try somewhere new I'm usually disappointed but Sofia was brilliant. |
