Lou Kavanagh is Sports Massage/Deep Tissue therapist, with huge experience is relaxing remedial massage too. she’s worked at many various retreats and events within the wellness industry both in the UK and overseas. she offers a complete holistic and bespoke service to her clients, mixing both the medical and spiritual blend of both sports and remedial massage. She breaks down the mindset that sports massage is just for athletes, her style allows this incredibly effective massage technique to benefit everyone from any walk of life and to be very relaxing too.
Each massage is totally unique depending upon the body in front of her. She treats the body as a whole, and offer a whole package of home care and wellness advice to take home with yourselves.The majority of her early day massage techniques was learnt through her years of travelling and living abroad in various places. This allowed her to blend the mix of Eastern and Western style massage, with the added extra of Sports and Lymphatic Drainage Massage style to create a complete unique experience. Shes also trained in luxury Manicures and Pedicures, and has years experience in body wraps, scrubs and various facial types. She’s excited to be part of the Massage Beach team, and experience new cultures whilst living in Ibiza and learn new and exciting techniques from other members of the Massage Beach team.
