Katy was lovely. Interacted with my 7year old daughter. She loves her nails! Katy was professional yet calming, thoughtful to my needs. Asked whether the pressure was ok during my massage and changed pressure when needed. Wished I had booked earlier on into my holiday and had booked a longer massage. A great feature to have within the hotel. Hope to see your company in other countries! Most enjoyable! Wish Katy all the best for her future and a safe flight home when she goes! |

Katy was awesome. She gave me just the right massage for my back and shoulders. She also was very gentle and treated my sister (who was getting her very first massage) in a way that made her relax and enjoy the experience.

I had major cramping in both calves & walking varied from painful to excruciating. She worked on them both & later that day they felt a bit better. The next morning they were much better & a couple of days later they feel amazing!
I will still follow her advice & visit my GP when I get home. |
