Massage Beach was founded in 2005 and first operated in Ibiza, Spain the subsequent year. We observed that people wanted more from their holiday and didn't want to venture far to find it. A service that offered relaxation, helping people recover, to look and feel great; all during peak sunbathing hours. From this Massage Beach was born. 


Massage Beach is co-owned by Matthew and Laura. Both fully qualified massage therapists, they have built the business from the ground up and are involved in every level of the business.  Insuring high quality service and consistency throughout the company.

Matthew Kift, Managing Director

Matthew is the founder of the company and main shareholder. Matthew is the entrepreneurial drive behind Massage Beach. He is responsible for business to business relations and gaining new business. He is also directly   involved in all other aspects and oversees the running of the company. He is not afraid to try new ideas and is always keen to expand and drive the company forward. His aim is to make Massage Beach a leader in the field of massage and beauty, to enable people from all walks of life accesibility to spa services and to make Massage Beach a household name. 

Laura Cadman, Executive Director

Laura joined Massage Beach in 2009 and is a shareholder. Since joining Massage Beach she has helped  expand  the company through her understanding of high quality customer service and the importance of human capital. She is responsible for recruitment, training and personal development. This is essential for the company to progress and for succesful expansion. She also  develops company strategy and ensures high standards for customers.
