Massage Beach is an established Ibiza-based business with over 20 years’ experience operating in luxury hotel and spa environments.
This role is designed for therapists who want more than just a job. WHY WORK WITH MASSAGE BEACH?
Luxury Hotel & Spa Venues: Work in stunning 4 and 5-star hotel locations across Ibiza, including poolside and spa settings, delivering treatments to an international, high-end clientele.
Excellent Earnings: We offer three working options designed to reward therapists who are confident, proactive, and motivated by performance.
Employed — Performance-Driven Earnings with a Guaranteed Base
A guaranteed base salary plus multiple performance-based bonuses, with earnings increasing as you engage guests and hit daily venue targets.
Driven therapists typically earn €2,000–€2,500+ gross per month, depending on performance.
Employed with Accommodation — The same employed pay structure, with shared accommodation arranged and rent clearly deducted monthly from salary.
Self-Employed — Available only to therapists who can legally operate as self-employed in Spain and remain fully compliant.
Earnings are treatment-based and depend entirely on performance. This route is not our main focus, and if you’re unsure about self-employed requirements, we strongly recommend the employed option.
Structured Working Week: Enjoy a 5-day workweek with 2 days off, with shifts of up to 8 hours per day, depending on venue operations. Self-employed therapists commit to agreed schedules in advance.
Accommodation Support: Finding accommodation in Ibiza can be challenging, especially for newcomers. We actively support all therapists by sharing advice, trusted contacts, and available seasonal housing options — including shared accommodation with other team members where possible.
Whether you join us with accommodation arranged or organise your own, we aim to make your transition to the island as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Independence & Trust: You’ll usually work alone or in pairs, trusted to manage your time, set-up, and client interactions. This role suits therapists who enjoy autonomy and responsibility.

WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN OUR TEAM
We’re looking for confident, professional therapists who want more than just a treatment room. This role suits people who enjoy independence, client interaction, and being rewarded for performance.

We’re looking for genuinely friendly, respectful people who treat guests, colleagues, and managers with professionalism and courtesy at all times. A calm, positive attitude, the ability to communicate well under pressure, and a willingness to take feedback on board are essential — especially during busy periods.
This role suits therapists who bring good energy, work well independently, and consistently aim to deliver high standards, contributing to a positive experience for both guests and venues.
Confident with Clients
You should be approachable, professional, and confident speaking to guests. When you’re not in treatment, you’re expected to engage with clients, explain the menu, and help build your diary.
Performance-Driven & Reliable
This is a results-focused role. We’re looking for therapists who are reliable, proactive, and comfortable working towards daily venue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Independent & Self-Motivated
You’ll often work alone or in pairs, so this role suits therapists who are comfortable taking responsibility, managing their time, and working without constant supervision.
Essential Qualifications:
A recognised massage qualification is required to maintain the high standards expected in luxury hotel and spa environments.
Additional Skills (Not Essential)
Experience in nails and/or facials is an advantage and can increase your opportunities, but it is not essential.
Legal Right to Work in Spain
You must be legally eligible to work in Spain, holding an EU passport or an existing valid work visa.
Please note: UK passport holders require a visa post-Brexit.

Employed Therapist
STRUCTURED SUPPORT, PERFORMANCE REWARDS
This is our main and preferred role and suits therapists who want stability, structure, and the opportunity to earn more through performance.
You’ll receive a guaranteed base salary plus multiple performance-based bonuses, consistent working hours, and professional support — all within luxury hotel and spa environments across Ibiza. This role rewards therapists who engage confidently with guests, take ownership of their diary, and consistently work towards venue targets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver high-quality massage and/or beauty treatments to hotel guests
Maintain professional standards and an excellent client experience
Actively engage with guests between treatments to build bookings
Contribute to daily venue targets and overall performance
EARNINGS & BENEFITS
Guaranteed base salary plus performance-based bonuses
Driven therapists can realistically earn €2,000–€2,500+ gross per month, depending on performance and venue demand

ACCOMMODATION OPTION (Optional & Limited)
For therapists relocating to Ibiza, a limited number of employed roles include shared accommodation, with rent clearly deducted monthly from salary.
This option is offered based on availability and timing and is designed to make your move to the island simpler and more supported.

Self-Employed Therapist
This option is available only to therapists who can legally operate as self-employed in Spain, or who already run an established business in another EU country and can work in Spain under the appropriate legal framework (such as an A1 certificate), where applicable.
This route suits experienced, genuinely self-employed professionals who are comfortable operating independently, managing their own legal and tax obligations, and taking responsibility for their business activity.
HOW IT WORKS
Self-employed therapists are paid a percentage of each treatment completed. Earnings are entirely performance-based and depend on bookings, guest engagement, venue demand, and availability.
High-performing self-employed therapists can generate around €3,200 gross per month or more, before tax, depending on results. All taxes, social security contributions, and required declarations remain the responsibility of the therapist.
SCHEDULE & COMMITMENT
While you remain independent, self-employed therapists are expected to work in a structured and reliable way that supports venue operations and guest experience.
YOU WILL:
Provide your availability weekly, in advance (by mid-week for the following Saturday–Friday period)
Choose the days you work, while committing to full shifts once availability is confirmed
Maintain a reasonable level of consistency week to week, rather than changing availability dramatically
This approach offers flexibility while ensuring our hotel venues are consistently and professionally staffed.
