A Glimpse Into Your Daily Routine
-
8:30 AM – A Relaxed Start
Start the day at a comfortable pace. Many therapists use the morning to stretch, go for a short walk, fit in a gym session or yoga class, or simply enjoy a quiet coffee before heading to work.
Whether you’re living alone or with housemates, mornings are a chance to reset, prepare for the day ahead, and enjoy the lifestyle Ibiza offers beyond work.
-
10:00 AM – Heading to Your Venue
Make your way to your assigned hotel or spa venue for the day. Many therapists commute by scooter, car, or on foot, enjoying the scenery along the way — beaches, palm-lined roads, and open skies that remind you why Ibiza is such a special place to live and work.
-
10:30 AM – Setting Up for the Day
Arrive at the venue and begin setting up your treatment area. This includes preparing your space, checking your timetable, and making sure everything is ready for guests.
If you can see bookings coming in later in the morning, this is also the time to familiarise yourself with the day ahead and plan how to make the most of available slots.
-
10:40 AM – Guest Engagement & Building Your Diary
With your station set up, you’ll head out poolside to introduce yourself to guests, hand out treatment menus, and answer questions.
This is a key part of the role — building rapport, explaining treatments, and encouraging bookings. Strong guest engagement early in the day often leads to a fuller schedule and higher earnings.
-
11:00 AM – Treatments Begin
Your first treatments of the day begin. Whether it’s massage or beauty treatments, each session is an opportunity to deliver a high-quality experience and leave a positive impression.
Between treatments, you’ll continue engaging with guests whenever possible — answering questions, explaining treatments, and helping to keep your diary full and your day productive.
Your availability, bookings, and performance are managed through your online therapist profile, making it easy to stay organised and focused throughout the day.
-
1:30 PM – Lunch Break
You’ll take a proper lunch break during the day, choosing a time that fits around your bookings. This is your chance to sit down, eat, hydrate, and recharge.
The role is active, so taking this break is important — it’s not rushed, and you’re encouraged to use it properly.
-
2:00 PM – Filling the Gaps
If you notice a gap before your next booked treatment, you’ll head back out into the venue to engage guests again.
This proactive approach — speaking to guests, explaining treatments, and being visible — often helps turn quieter moments into additional bookings.
-
4:00 PM – Afternoon Push
As the afternoon continues, many therapists find their schedule is already strong. Even so, this is a good time to stay visible, grab a quick snack if needed, and continue promoting treatments.
You’re already on site for the full shift, so making the most of your time often translates into higher earnings by the end of the day.
-
6:30 PM – Wrapping Up
Finish your final treatment and begin closing down your station. This includes tidying your space, collecting any treatment menus or materials you’ve used during the day, completing a stock check and leaving the area clean and organised.
There’s a real sense of satisfaction in finishing a productive shift knowing you’ve delivered great treatments and maximised your day.
-
Evenings in Ibiza
After work, evenings are your own. Many therapists choose to unwind with a swim, a relaxed dinner, a walk along the beach, or time at the gym or yoga studio.
Living in Ibiza is about balance — performing well during the day, then enjoying the island in a way that supports your wellbeing, routine, and energy for the next day.
