Free Yoga in ibiza for Massage Beach Beauty Therapists

What better way to start your morning than an hour of yoga? That’s right, every six weeks Massage Beach will be providing Massage Beach beauty therapists a free beach yoga morning session. A fantastic way for our team to unwind and enjoy this peaceful zen exercise! Exercising on Ibiza sands whilst catching a tan… where is the signup page?

Beauty therapists that work with Massage Beach in Ibiza are extremely hard working. Company Director Matthew Kift hopes that the yoga session will help with team bonding and that therapists will reap the rewards and benefits from yoga.

This is a new initiative for Ibiza season 2020 and if the take up is good and positive it may be increased to become more frequent. 

What is Yoga?

Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, breathing and flexibility to help boost an individual’s mental health as well as their physical well-being. You could even say that it is beneficial towards self-healing. Yoga focuses on your posture, this exercise will guarantee to build strength and flexibility. It is said that yoga originated from India around 5,000 years ago. Today it is still commonly practiced around the globe and is well known as being an enjoyable workout.
