How do I book a treatment?

The easiest and quickest way to book a treatment is online at www.massagebeach.com/book You can also book with the hotel reception or directly with any Massage Beach therapist. 

can i book multiple treatments at once online?

You can book more than one treatment at one time online. Select the treatments you require and they will conjugate into one booking and will run one after the other. If you are making the booking/s for more than one person please note that a separate booking for each individual is required.

How long is my treatment?

The treatment time is stated on the treatment list. Please include a 2-3 minute consultation into your total treatment time.  

When should I arrive for my booking?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your start time.

What shall I wear?

The easiest and most popular option for our customers is to arrive in their (dry) swimwear.  Any loose, dark and comfortable clothing is best.

Should I shower before my treatment?

This is at your discretion. However, if you have been at the beach we recommend that you rinse off any sand.

Can I have my treatment indoors?

If we offer our services poolside at your hotel it is not possible to have the treatments inside.

What if I am running late to my treatment?

Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your booking. If you arrive late you will receive a shorter treatment as per your original booking schedule. 

Why do I have to give my email address?

We require your email address to send booking confirmations and receipts. Emails are also used as a unique client reference.

I do not have an email address, can I book?

If you do not have an email address you cannot make a booking online. However, you can book direct with the therapist or at the hotel reception.

What are contraindications?

They are conditions that could restrict or prohibit the treatment from being carried out.

Why do you need to take personal details?

We ask for personal details before the treatment commences. We need this information for your safety to make sure the treatment is suitable and to adhere to insurance regulations.

Why do I have to sign the tablet computer before the treatment?

Due to insurance obligations all customers must sign to confirm that any contraindications have been disclosed to the therapist. This is in the interest of your safety.

I am pregnant can I receive a treatment?

It is possibly for poeple who are pregnant to receive treatments. You must inform your therapist that you are pregnant and select this on the contraindications page. It is to the therapist's discretion whether to proceed with the treatment.

is the massage oil safe to use during pregnancy?

Our Calm & Tranquillity massage oil blend is safe to use during pregnancy due to the low essential oil ratio.

Why am I asked to leave a deposit against a booking?

Deposit payments left against bookings are deducted from the treatment price. We ask for deposits to help ensure the smooth running of the timetable.

It wont let me select the desired time and date when booking online.

The online booking system will only show available slots for the treatment/s you have selected. Please choose an alternative date and time. If no available slots suit your circumstance please speak directly with the therapist who can help fulfil your request.

I have booked online but not received confirmation

Automatic email confirmations are sent with every booking. If you have not received an email please check your junk mail folder. If you cannot locate the confirmation email – confirmation@massagebeach.com

Can I cancel my booking?

All Locations Excluding Sirenis Vital Spa

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation of an appointment must be made by speaking with one of our therapists at the working location, emailing  enquiries@massagebeach.com or through the Massage Beach customer Application. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request as soon as we receive; please note emails are only checked periodically throughout the day.

I want to change my treatment

We ask for 24 hours notice to change a booking. You can change a booking by emailing bookings@massagebeach.com or by speaking with a Massage Beach therapist. 

I have a nut allergy can I have a massage?

You can receive a treatment using our massage oils. Although our oils contain nut oils the proteins have been removed. Therefore, they are safe to use on people with nut allergies. 

CAN I RECEIVE A TREATMENT AT A hotel VENUE WHERE I AM NOT STAYING?

The treatments are on offer to clients'  of the hotel only. If you are not staying in the hotel at the time of the booking we are not able to fulfil your booking and you will lose the deposit payment you have placed.  

This does not apply to following venues: Sirenis Vital Spa, Hotel Blau Parc, The Beach Star, Hotel The New Algarb, Nikki Beach Ibiza and Marina Playa Hotel. Outside guests are welcome to visit at these venues on the day/s we operate.

PAYMENTS

Can I pay by credit card?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Can the hotel charge against my room?

No, it is not possible to take payments against your hotel room. 

How do i obtain a receipt?

A receipt is sent to your email address once the treatment is complete. You must supply an email address before the treatment commences to receive a receipt.

if i cancel my booking will my deposit be refunded?

You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the treatment is due to commence. This can be done by emailing enquiries@massagebeach.com or in person with a therapist. If you cancel the appointment within the 24 hour period of your deposit is non refundable.

Where can I buy Massage Beach products?

You can buy products via our website, at Sirenis Vital Spa or directly with a Massage Beach therapist. 

I’ve ordered a product. How do I collect?

You can collect your order from the hotel reception, from the Massage Beach treatment area or they can shipped to your home address.  An additional charge is added for all products that are shipped. 

I want to return a product

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your product purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. For returns please email returns@massagebeach.com

Why are Massage Beach products labelled ‘professional only’?

All of the retail products are the same as the ones our therapists' use. They have been developed for use in a professional environment and are not retailed anywhere other; except by professionals within the beauty industry.

How long will delivery take?

Will use Royal Mail to deliver items ordered. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for specifics. 

My delivery hasn’t arrived

Send an email quoting your reference number to enquiries@massagebeach.com and we will look into this for you. 

Do you ship products internationally?

Products are available for shipping to any location within the   EU.

Products

Are the products we use or retail tested on animals?

No, none of our products are tested on animals.

 

Where are the products made?

The Massage Beach range of oils and all Eve Taylor products are manufactured in the UK.

Can I use gift vouchers to buy products?

You may use gift vouchers as full or part payment against any treatment or product. 

are the beads plastic in any of the products?

All of the exfoliation products contain natural exfoliants and not plastic. These include bamboo beads, sea salt and sand. 

Do your products contain parabens?

All of our products are all Paraben free. We do not use ingredients such as artificial colours or fragrances and well as other known irritants which can sensitise the skin, including alcohols, formaldehyde, petrochemicals, or phthalates alongside other ingredients that can be comodegenic (pore blocking).
