Essential:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- EU Passport
Desirable:
- Management experience
- Proven track record in sales and hitting targets
- Ability to speak Spanish or a second language
Exciting opportunity to work as a Beauty Manager in Ibiza, Spain. Working with a successful and well-established company. You will be responsible for managing a team of beauty therapists’ and working in various hotels across the island of Ibiza; ensuring high standards of treatments and customer service.
The role would suit a beauty therapist that is ambitious and passionate about the industry, with a desire to gain further knowledge and experience in all aspects of running a beauty business. An ideal candidate is someone that is currently a Salon or Spa manager, senior therapist/ trainer or beauty therapist teacher.
Role Responsibilities:
A well-organised and methodical individual; you will be responsible for checking and maintaining Stock control, cashing up and problem solving. You will be a very confident and experienced therapist willing to train others and share your knowledge. You will be sales and target driven with the ability to motivate others to reach their goals.
Salary & Hours
Negotiable, dependent on experience.
5 days per week, full time hours. May 1 - October 29
Flexibility with days off so you can enjoy the beautiful island of Ibiza.
