Work in Ibiza This Summer – A Professional Environment
Massage Beach Ibiza has over 20 years of experience delivering premium treatments across the island.
Our therapists work in:
Luxury hotel environments and poolside treatment areas
High-demand, international settings with incredible Mediterranean views

This is a structured, performance-driven role — not a casual summer job.
Accommodation in Ibiza – Organised and Professional
We understand the difficulty of finding housing in Ibiza.
To support our team, we offer optional, paid accommodation with priority access on a first-come, first-served basis.
Maximum two people per bedroom
Maximum four therapists per apartment
No bunk beds or overcrowded rooms
Locations include San Antonio, Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia
Many apartments include sea views or shared pools
Typically €600–€650 per month (salary deduction available)

Salary & Earnings – What You Can Expect
Our employed therapists benefit from a transparent and rewarding pay structure:
Guaranteed base salary: €1,620 gross (bruto) per month
Typical earnings: €2,000+ per month
Monthly performance bonus: up to €500
Attendance bonus: €50 per month
10% retail commission
€5 reward for named TripAdvisor reviews
100% of tips kept by you
Legal Support & Arrival Process
We provide structured support to ensure a smooth and professional start:
Assistance with NIE and Social Security registration
Access to a specialist legal partner at a preferential rate
Personal online profile before arrival (rota, training, performance tracking)

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking professional therapists who are:
Qualified in massage, nails, or facial treatments
Confident working with clients in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and team-focused
Fluent in English
Eligible to work in Europe
