Staying at Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga? Our Local Guide to a Relaxing Ibiza Holiday

Planning a stay at Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga? Discover our favourite walks, beaches, restaurants, snorkelling spots and local insider tips, plus massage and beauty treatments available directly at the hotel.

Choosing where to stay in Ibiza can completely shape your holiday.

If you've booked Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga, you've chosen one of the island's most peaceful adults-only hotels. Tucked into the hillside overlooking Cala Llonga Bay, it's somewhere you can genuinely slow down, wake up to sea views and enjoy a quieter side of Ibiza without feeling isolated from everything the island has to offer.

At Massage Beach Ibiza, we've been welcoming guests at Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga for many seasons from our dedicated shaded poolside cabana. Spending so much time at the hotel means we've also come to know Cala Llonga itself. Over the years we've discovered the walks, restaurants, viewpoints and little local experiences that many visitors never find until their final day, and they're the same recommendations we regularly share with our guests.

This guide brings together the recommendations we genuinely share with guests throughout the season.

Whether you're researching the hotel before travelling or you're already enjoying your first coffee beside the pool, we hope it helps you make the most of your stay.

Why We Enjoy Working at Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga

Every hotel has its own personality.

Some are built around entertainment.

Others are designed for families.

Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga is different.

As an adults-only hotel, Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga offers a quieter atmosphere than many of Ibiza's larger family resorts.

One of its biggest strengths is the location.

Sitting above Cala Llonga Bay, the hotel gives you easy access to the beach while also being close to Santa Eulària, scenic coastal walks and some of the island's most beautiful eastern coastline.

If you're looking for a comfortable base from which to explore this part of Ibiza, spend time by the sea and enjoy the local area at your own pace, it's well placed for exactly that.

Explore More Than Just the Main Pool

Like most guests, you'll probably spend your first afternoon around the main swimming pool.

But don't stop there.

One of our favourite things about Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga is that the hotel continues down towards the sea.

Take a few minutes to wander through the lower levels beneath the main pool and you'll discover a series of peaceful terraces overlooking Cala Llonga Bay.

They're perfect if you fancy a quieter place to read a book, enjoy a coffee or simply sit listening to the waves.

Many guests spend their entire holiday around the pool without ever realising these terraces are there.

For us, they're one of the hotel's nicest features.

Walk the Cala Blanca Coastal Trail

If you're only going to do one walk during your stay, we'd recommend this one.

From Cala Llonga, you can follow the coastal path towards Cala Blanca, climbing gently through pine trees with increasingly spectacular views across the bay.

One of the highlights is the old Cala Blanca tunnel, created many years ago as part of an abandoned road project. Walking through it feels like discovering one of Ibiza's hidden corners before the path opens out towards dramatic coastal scenery that many visitors never see.

We've walked this route ourselves and it's one of our favourite walks on this side of the island. It's a reminder that Ibiza offers far more than beaches and beach clubs.

As with any coastal walk, wear suitable footwear, take water and pay attention to the terrain. Parts of the route are natural and uneven rather than maintained tourist paths, so a little care goes a long way.

Swim Straight from the Hotel

One of the things we love about Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga is that you don't have to head down to the beach if you'd rather avoid the crowds.

From the hotel's lower sea-view terraces, many guests simply step straight into the Mediterranean and enjoy a swim along the edge of the bay.

The water here is often beautifully clear, and if you follow the rocky coastline towards the mouth of the bay, it becomes an excellent place for snorkelling.

You'll often spot shoals of fish around the rocks and, if you're lucky, you may even see an octopus hiding beneath the ledges.

If you're feeling adventurous, continue exploring the coastline and you'll discover a small sea cave that's only accessible from the water. Because most visitors stay close to the sandy beach, surprisingly few people ever discover this part of the bay.

The beach itself is perfect for a relaxed swim, but if you're confident in open water, swimming directly from the hotel gives you a completely different perspective of Cala Llonga.

As always, only enter the sea when conditions are suitable, wear appropriate footwear if you're walking over rocks, and only explore further if you're a confident swimmer.

Start the Day at MOOS

Fancy a change from the hotel breakfast one morning?

If you're looking for somewhere relaxed serving excellent coffee and fresh food, we'd recommend MOOS, just a short walk from Cala Llonga beach and the hotel.

It's become one of our favourite recommendations for breakfast or lunch.

Expect freshly prepared breakfasts, smoothies, quality coffee, salads, sourdough sandwiches and lighter dishes that are perfect before spending the afternoon by the pool.

Sometimes it's nice to break your routine and experience somewhere a little different.

MOOS is exactly that sort of place.

Walk to Amante — Even If It's Just for a Drink

One restaurant that regularly appears in guides to Ibiza is Amante.

And for good reason.

Its cliffside location overlooking Sol d'en Serra is genuinely stunning.

If you're celebrating something special, it's an unforgettable place for dinner.

That said, we'd also offer one small piece of local advice.

It's expensive, so we'd recommend saving it for a special occasion rather than an everyday meal.

If you're planning dinner, book well in advance because it becomes extremely popular during the summer.

If dinner isn't within your budget, consider walking there for an early evening cocktail instead.

Explore Ibiza by Ferry

One of Cala Llonga's biggest advantages is that you don't always need to travel by road.

During the season, ferry services connect Cala Llonga with Santa Eulària, Ibiza Town and other parts of Ibiza's east coast.

It's a far more relaxing way to travel than sitting in traffic and gives you some wonderful views of the coastline along the way.

If you're planning a day exploring Santa Eulària, we'd definitely consider travelling by boat rather than by taxi.

It becomes part of the holiday rather than simply another journey.

Spend an Afternoon Exploring Santa Eulària

If you're staying at Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga for more than a few days, we'd definitely recommend spending some time in nearby Santa Eulària des Riu.

It's one of Ibiza's most attractive towns and has a completely different atmosphere from San Antonio or Ibiza Town.

Start with a stroll around the marina before wandering through the pedestrian streets filled with cafés, boutiques and independent shops.

One of our favourite areas is the restaurant quarter around Carrer de Sant Jaume and Carrer de Sant Vicent, where you'll find everything from relaxed tapas bars to fine dining.

If you enjoy history and great views, make the short walk up to Puig de Missa.

The whitewashed church has watched over Santa Eulària for centuries, and from the top you'll enjoy wonderful panoramic views across the coastline. There's also a small museum that's well worth visiting, especially if you happen to catch a cloudy morning.

It's an easy trip from Cala Llonga and a lovely change of pace without needing to drive across the island.

Take a Day Trip to Formentera

If you've never been to Formentera, this is your opportunity.

Many visitors assume they need to travel to Ibiza Town to catch a boat, but during the summer there are seasonal ferry services departing from Cala Llonga, making the journey much more convenient.

Formentera is famous for its crystal-clear water, white sandy beaches and relaxed atmosphere.

Hire a bicycle or scooter when you arrive, explore the coastline at your own pace and enjoy lunch overlooking the sea before returning to Ibiza later that afternoon.

We wouldn't publish ferry times here because they change throughout the season, but it's worth checking the current timetable while you're planning your holiday.

It's one of the best day trips you can make from Cala Llonga.

Explore More of Ibiza

One of the advantages of staying in Cala Llonga is that you're well positioned to explore both the east and west sides of Ibiza.

If you've hired a car, we'd recommend keeping your plans simple rather than trying to squeeze too much into one day.

Some of our favourite places include:

  • Cala Nova for a relaxed beach day.

  • Santa Eulària for shopping and excellent restaurants.

  • The west coast if you'd like to experience Ibiza's famous sunsets at places such as Cala Comte or Cala Bassa.

One thing we've learnt after meeting guests here season after season is that the best holidays rarely come from trying to do everything.

Choose one beautiful beach.

Enjoy one really good meal.

Take one memorable walk.

Leave time to simply relax.

Ibiza isn't a destination that needs rushing, and Cala Llonga is one of the best places on the island to slow down.

What If the Weather Changes?

Although Ibiza enjoys fantastic weather for most of the season, every now and then you'll wake up to clouds or the occasional shower.

Rather than writing the day off, we'd suggest making the most of it.

Some of our favourite ideas include:

  • Exploring Santa Eulària and Puig de Missa.

  • Taking a long lunch in one of the town's restaurants.

  • Visiting the shops around the marina.

  • Enjoying a facial or deluxe pedicure.

  • Booking a relaxing massage before heading out for dinner.

Sometimes the quieter days become the ones you remember most.

One Holiday Tip We Always Share

After meeting guests at Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga throughout the season, we've noticed something.

Most people don't actually relax until halfway through their holiday.

Think about everything that happens before you arrive.

Finishing work.

Packing.

Travelling to the airport.

Flying.

Transfers.

Checking in.

Unpacking.

Even though you're finally in Ibiza, your body often still feels like it's rushing.

That's why we'd recommend doing something different.

Instead of waiting until your final day to treat yourself, book a massage for your arrival day or your first full day.

It's one of the quickest ways to release travel tension and properly settle into holiday mode.

Many returning guests tell us it's the best decision they made all week.

Staying at Occidental Ibiza? Our Local Guide to Port des Torrent, Beaches, Restaurants & Massage

Planning a stay at Occidental Ibiza? Discover our favourite local beaches, snorkelling spots, restaurants, sunset views and insider tips, plus how to book a professional massage and beauty treatment without leaving the hotel.

Choosing where to stay in Ibiza can make a huge difference to your holiday.

If you've booked Occidental Ibiza, you've chosen a hotel that's perfectly positioned to explore some of the island's most beautiful beaches, enjoy relaxed evenings around San Antonio Bay and discover a quieter side of Ibiza that many visitors never experience.

We've been providing massage and beauty treatments at Occidental Ibiza for many seasons, which means we've come to know both the hotel and the surrounding area extremely well. The recommendations in this guide are the same ones we'd give to friends and family visiting Ibiza for the first time.

One of the reasons we enjoy working here is the hotel's location. Within minutes you can walk to Port des Torrent beach, discover beautiful coastal walks, visit some of Ibiza's best west coast beaches or catch the water taxi across San Antonio Bay. It makes an excellent base for exploring this side of the island while still having everything you need close by.

Whether you're planning your holiday or you've already arrived, here's how we'd make the most of a stay at Occidental Ibiza.

These are the same recommendations we share with guests throughout the season, from hidden local favourites to the easiest ways to make the most of your time on Ibiza's beautiful west coast.

Why Occidental Ibiza Is Such a Great Base for Exploring Ibiza

One of the reasons we enjoy working at Occidental Ibiza is its fantastic location.

Within just a few minutes you can walk to Port des Torrent beach, catch the water taxi into San Antonio, visit some of Ibiza's most beautiful west coast beaches or head inland to the traditional village of Sant Josep.

Whether you're planning relaxing beach days, family adventures or evenings watching the sunset, everything is within easy reach.

It's one of the reasons so many guests choose this part of the island, and why we enjoy recommending it to visitors looking to experience more than just their hotel.

Discover More Than Just the Main Pool

Like many guests, you'll probably spend your first afternoon around the main swimming pool.

But here's one of our insider tips.

Occidental Ibiza actually has a second pool that many first-time visitors don't properly discover until halfway through their holiday.

Walk a little further through the resort and you'll also find the snack bar and volleyball court.

If you're travelling with children it's well worth exploring this part of the hotel early in your stay, and even couples often appreciate wandering around the whole resort before choosing their favourite place to relax.

Walk to Port des Torrent Beach

One of the biggest advantages of staying at Occidental Ibiza is that you're only a short walk from Port des Torrent.

Unlike some of Ibiza's busier beaches, Port des Torrent has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere with calm, sheltered water that's ideal for families and anyone looking for an easy swim.

It's only a few minutes from the hotel, making it perfect if you fancy a change of scenery without spending the whole day travelling.

Many guests spend the morning by the hotel pool before wandering down to the beach later in the afternoon.

Explore the Rocks and Go Snorkelling

Most visitors stop when they reach the sand.

We'd encourage you to keep walking.

Head towards the rocks on the left-hand side of Port des Torrent beach and you'll discover one of our favourite spots in the area.

The rocky coastline is lovely to explore on foot, with beautiful views across San Antonio Bay.

If you're confident in the water there are several places where people enjoy jumping into the sea, while the crystal-clear water around the rocks makes this one of the best local spots for snorkelling.

A full-face snorkel is particularly good here, making it easy to spend longer exploring the rocky shoreline.

You'll often see shoals of fish swimming around the rocks and, if you're lucky, you might even spot an octopus hiding beneath them.

For guests who enjoy swimming for fitness, there's also a marked swimming channel across the bay in this area, making it easy to enjoy some open-water exercise while you're on holiday.

It's one of those simple experiences that costs nothing but creates lasting memories.

Visit Es Cucó Like a Local

Here's one of those places that many visitors drive straight past without realising what they're missing.

Leave the hotel, turn left and walk up the hill.

On your right you'll find Supermercado Es Cucó.

It's far more than just a supermarket.

Forgotten sun cream?

Need drinks for the room?

Fancy some fresh fruit or snacks?

It's a great place to stock up.

But there's another reason locals love it.

The freshly cooked rotisserie chicken and chips have become something of a local favourite and make an excellent takeaway lunch if you fancy a relaxed meal back at the hotel or on the beach.

Simple.

Authentic.

Excellent value.

Take the Water Taxi into San Antonio

One of our favourite ways to visit San Antonio isn't by bus or taxi.

It's by boat.

From Port des Torrent beach you can catch the local water taxi across San Antonio Bay.

The journey itself is part of the experience.

You'll enjoy fantastic views back towards the coastline before arriving directly at San Antonio Marina.

From there you can explore the promenade, browse the shops or simply enjoy watching the boats coming and going.

It's a relaxing afternoon that feels very different from travelling by road.

Start Your Morning at Rita's Canteen

If you've taken the water taxi into San Antonio, we'd highly recommend stopping at Rita's Canteen.

It's one of the area's best-known breakfast and coffee spots, overlooking the marina.

Fresh juices.

Excellent coffee.

Great breakfasts.

A relaxed atmosphere.

Sometimes it's the simplest recommendations that become holiday favourites.

Discover Ibiza's Famous West Coast Beaches

One of the biggest reasons people choose Occidental Ibiza is its location.

Within a short drive you'll find some of Ibiza's most spectacular beaches.

Our favourites include:

• Cala Bassa

• Cala Conta

Both are famous for crystal-clear turquoise water, fantastic swimming and unforgettable sunsets.

If you're hiring a car, we'd recommend arriving early during July and August, as parking becomes much busier later in the day.

Visit the Traditional Village of Sant Josep

If you'd like to see a more traditional side of Ibiza, we'd recommend taking a short drive inland to Sant Josep de sa Talaia.

With its whitewashed church, relaxed cafés and small independent shops, it's a lovely place to spend a few hours away from the coast.

Stop for a coffee in the village square, wander through the streets and enjoy the slower pace before heading back towards the beach.

It's also a great option if you'd like a break from the sun for a few hours.

Enjoy a Sunset Cocktail Over San Antonio Bay

Ibiza's sunsets are famous for a reason.

If you're looking for somewhere to enjoy a pre-dinner drink with beautiful views, we'd recommend heading to the Rooftop Nine, rooftop bar in San Antonio Bay.

From here you'll enjoy panoramic views across San Antonio Bay as the sun begins to set.

It's a relaxed alternative to some of Ibiza's busier sunset venues and a lovely place to finish the day before heading out for dinner.

The Best Holiday Hack We Know

After welcoming guests to Occidental Ibiza for many seasons, we've noticed something interesting.

Most people don't actually start relaxing until the third day of their holiday.

Think about it.

You've finished work.

Packed your suitcase.

Travelled to the airport.

Waited for your flight.

Collected your luggage.

Checked in.

Unpacked.

By the time you finally sit beside the pool, your body is often still carrying the tension of everyday life.

Our advice?

Don't wait.

Book a massage for your arrival day or your first full day in Ibiza.

An hour of uninterrupted relaxation right at the beginning of your holiday helps release travel tension, settles you into holiday mode and often makes the rest of your stay feel even longer.

It's one of the best holiday decisions our returning guests make.

What if the Weather Changes?

Although Ibiza enjoys sunshine for most of the year, occasional cloudy days do happen.

Rather than spending the day in your room, we'd suggest making the most of it.

Some of our favourite ideas include:

  • Visiting Sant Josep.

  • Taking the water taxi into San Antonio.

  • Enjoying breakfast or coffee at Rita's Canteen.

  • Browsing the local shops.

  • Treating yourself to a manicure or deluxe pedicure.

  • Booking a relaxing massage before dinner.

Sometimes those slower days become the most memorable part of the holiday.

Enjoy a Massage Without Leaving Occidental Ibiza

One of Occidental Ibiza's hidden gems is that you can enjoy a professional massage or beauty treatment without ever leaving the hotel.

Our dedicated treatment cabana is located beside the main swimming pool beneath a shaded pergola, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing treatment without leaving the hotel.

Whether you've spent the morning exploring Ibiza, relaxing beside the pool or returning from a day at Cala Bassa or Cala Conta, it's the perfect opportunity to slow down and recharge.

Massage Beach Ibiza has been providing treatments at Occidental Ibiza for many seasons and is proud to be the number one rated Spa & Wellness activity in Playa d'en Bossa on TripAdvisor, with thousands of happy guests enjoying treatments across the island every year.

We welcome adults and children, making it easy for the whole family to enjoy a little extra relaxation during their holiday.

Where Should I Book a Massage if I’m Staying in Ibiza? A Local Guide for 2026

Not sure where to book a massage during your Ibiza holiday? Whether you’re staying in San Antonio, Playa d’en Bossa, Cala Llonga or a private villa, our local guide recommends the best Massage Beach Ibiza location based on where you’re staying.

One of the questions visitors ask most often during their Ibiza holiday is surprisingly simple:

“Where can I book a really good massage near my hotel?”

It sounds like an easy question, but once you start looking, it can quickly become confusing.

Ibiza has hotel spas, independent therapists, beachside treatment areas, beauty salons and mobile massage services. Some are only available to hotel guests, while others welcome everyone. Some include spa facilities, while others specialise in outdoor treatments or mobile visits to your villa.

The best choice depends on where you’re staying, the type of treatment you’re looking for, and how much of your holiday you want to spend travelling.

That’s exactly why we’ve created this guide.

Massage Beach Ibiza operates from multiple locations across the island, as well as providing mobile massage and beauty treatments at private villas, apartments, fincas and yachts. Rather than recommending the same location to everyone, we’ll help you choose the option that’s most convenient for your holiday.

If we already operate within your hotel, we’ll usually recommend booking there. If we don’t, we’ll recommend the nearest Massage Beach Ibiza location, helping you spend less time travelling and more time relaxing.

Whether you’re staying in San Antonio, Playa d’en Bossa, Cala Llonga, Santa Eulària or a private villa elsewhere on the island, here’s our local advice.

Staying in Ibiza? Here’s the Massage Beach Ibiza Location We’d Recommend

The best Massage Beach Ibiza location depends on where you’re staying.

Rather than travelling across the island, we usually recommend choosing the location that’s closest to your accommodation.

Staying in San Antonio or San Antonio Bay?

If you’re staying at Coral Star Hotel Ibiza, TUI BLUE Aura, Sirenis Seaview Country Club or Occidental Ibiza, you can enjoy Massage Beach Ibiza treatments directly within your hotel.

If you’re staying elsewhere in the area – including TRS Ibiza Hotel, Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza, Hotel Vibra Riviera, Hotel Vibra San Remo, nearby apartments or private villas – NYX Hotel Ibiza is usually the most convenient location.

You don’t need to be staying at NYX Hotel Ibiza to book a treatment. External guests are always welcome, and our dedicated outdoor treatment area overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, allowing you to relax with uninterrupted sea views, the sound of the waves and the gentle sea breeze.

Many guests choose to arrive a little earlier or stay afterwards to enjoy lunch or a drink overlooking the sea, turning their massage into a relaxing afternoon rather than simply another appointment.

Staying in Playa d’en Bossa?

If you’re staying at The Ibiza Twiins Hotel, you can enjoy Massage Beach Ibiza treatments directly within the hotel.

If you’re staying anywhere else in Playa d’en Bossa – including Bless Hotel Ibiza – The SITE, Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa, Hotel Vibra Mare Nostrum, Hotel Vibra Algarb, Hotel Garbi Ibiza & Spa or Hotel Torre del Mar – we usually recommend Sirenis Vital Spa.

Massage Beach Ibiza provides professional massage and beauty treatments there, and every treatment also includes access to the spa facilities, making it an excellent choice if you’re looking to combine a treatment with a relaxing spa experience.

Staying in Cala Llonga or Santa Eulària?

If you’re staying at Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga, Hyde Ibiza, Mondrian Ibiza or Hotel Mongibello, you can enjoy Massage Beach Ibiza treatments directly within your hotel.

If you’re staying elsewhere in the area – including W Ibiza, ME Ibiza, Nativo Hotel Ibiza, Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel, Catalonia Royal Ses Estaques, Catalonia Ses Estaques, accommodation in Santa Eulària, Siesta, or nearby villas – we usually recommend Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga, which is just a short journey away.

Its peaceful setting overlooking Cala Llonga Bay makes it an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing massage or beauty treatment away from the busier resorts.

Staying in a Private Villa?

If you’re enjoying a private villa, finca, apartment or yacht, there’s no need to travel anywhere.

Massage Beach Ibiza brings professional massage and beauty treatments directly to you.

Our therapists arrive with professional massage couches, fresh linen, premium oils and everything needed to create your own private wellness experience, wherever you’re staying on the island.

Why Choosing the Right Location Matters

Ibiza is larger than many visitors expect, and travelling between resorts during the summer can take longer than you might imagine.

A massage should make your holiday more relaxing, not more complicated.

That’s why Massage Beach Ibiza operates from multiple locations across the island instead of just one.

If we’re already based in your hotel, we’ll recommend booking there. If not, we’ll suggest the nearest Massage Beach Ibiza location so you can spend less time travelling and more time enjoying your holiday.

Many hotels in Ibiza have their own wellness facilities, and they may be the perfect choice for some guests. However, if your hotel doesn’t offer the treatment you’re looking for, is fully booked, or you’d simply like another nearby option, there’s a good chance we’re closer than you think.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing massage, deep tissue treatment, facial, manicure or pedicure, our aim is always the same: to make it easy for you to find the right treatment in the right location.

Our Local Recommendations

Now that you know which Massage Beach Ibiza location is likely to suit you best, let’s take a closer look at each area of the island and what makes every location unique.

Massage at NYX Hotel Ibiza

If you’re looking for a massage in San Antonio or San Antonio Bay, NYX Hotel Ibiza offers one of the most memorable treatment settings on the island.

Rather than being inside a traditional treatment room, our dedicated outdoor treatment area overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. It’s a peaceful spot where you can relax while listening to the waves and enjoying the fresh sea air.

One of the questions we’re asked most often is whether you need to be staying at NYX Hotel Ibiza to book a treatment.

The answer is no.

Massage Beach Ibiza welcomes external guests, making NYX Hotel Ibiza an excellent choice if you’re staying nearby at TRS Ibiza Hotel, Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza, Hotel Vibra Riviera, Hotel Vibra San Remo, a local apartment or a private villa.

Many guests choose to arrive before their appointment or stay afterwards to enjoy lunch or a drink overlooking the sea, turning their treatment into a relaxing afternoon rather than simply another booking.

Please note that NYX Hotel Ibiza is an adults only hotel.

Massage at Our Partner Hotels in San Antonio

If you’re staying at Coral Star Hotel Ibiza, TUI BLUE Aura, Sirenis Seaview Country Club or Occidental Ibiza, you don’t need to travel anywhere to enjoy a professional treatment.

Massage Beach Ibiza operates directly within each of these hotels, making it easy to fit a massage or beauty treatment into your holiday.

Every booking is tailored to your plans. Some guests enjoy a single massage beside the pool, while others create a full day of treatments with massages, facials and beauty services shared between the group.

Popular Massage Treatments in San Antonio

Every treatment is adjusted to your preferences, comfort and desired pressure.

Relaxation Massage

A relaxation massage is ideal if you want to slow down, switch off and enjoy some peaceful time during your holiday.

It is particularly popular with guests who have had a busy journey, several late nights or a packed holiday itinerary.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses firmer pressure to work on areas of muscular tightness and tension.

It can be a good choice after travelling, exercising, dancing or spending long periods sitting on a flight.

Let your therapist know the level of pressure you prefer and whether there are any particular areas you would like them to concentrate on.

Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage

A shorter back, neck and shoulder treatment is useful when you want targeted attention without using too much of your holiday time.

This treatment is frequently chosen by guests experiencing stiffness from travelling, poor sleep or carrying luggage.

Facials and Beauty Treatments

Depending on your chosen location, you may also be able to book:

  • Professional facial treatments

  • Manicures

  • Pedicures

  • Gel nail treatments

  • Children’s treatments at suitable family locations

Availability varies between hotels, so check your chosen booking page or message us before making your plans.

Relaxing Things to Do in San Antonio During the Day

A massage can be one part of a slower and more relaxing day in San Antonio. Here are a few other ways to unwind.

Walk Along San Antonio Bay

The waterfront promenade around San Antonio Bay is ideal for a gentle morning or evening walk.

You can enjoy views across the water, stop for a coffee and take your time exploring the coastline without having to plan a major excursion.

It is also a pleasant way to reach different parts of the bay while enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere.

Visit Cap Blanc Aquarium

Cap Blanc Aquarium is located inside a natural sea cave and offers visitors an opportunity to learn about local Mediterranean marine life.

It is a relatively small attraction, making it easy to combine with lunch, a coastal walk or another activity during the same day.

Enjoy the Sunset

San Antonio is famous for its sunsets, but you do not necessarily need to visit the busiest bars to enjoy one.

Find a comfortable location along the coastline, arrive before sunset and give yourself time to take in the views.

A massage during the afternoon followed by sunset beside the sea can make for a particularly relaxing Ibiza day.

Spend Time at the Beach

San Antonio and the surrounding bay provide access to several beaches and swimming areas.

Instead of trying to fill every day with excursions, set aside some time to swim, read or simply enjoy being by the water.

Sometimes the quietest parts of a holiday become the most memorable.

Recharge Before Your Evening Plans

Ibiza holidays can become surprisingly tiring.

Flights, heat, beach days, boat trips, sightseeing and late nights can all take their toll. Setting aside an hour for a treatment can help you slow down before the next part of your holiday.

Some guests book at the beginning of their stay to recover after travelling. Others choose a treatment before a celebration, special dinner or final evening in Ibiza.

There is no single right time to book. The important thing is to reserve before the most convenient appointments are taken.
