Have had a few treatments over years with MB and generally very good..this was by far the poorest seemed to lack any effort by therapist.
My wife told me she spent lot of time just staring around pool and could tell no real effort was being made.

Kayleigh was friendly and attentive. None of the treatment felt rushed even when she was running slightly behind time and another customer was complaining about waiting. She handled the situation very professionally. I hope to see her again in the future. |

Therapist was friendly and lovely
But did not feel like a qualified masseuse or beauty therapist. Massage was extremely uncomfortable, hands kept being taken off back etc, no pressure or asked if it suited. It should also be noted that during extremely LOUD pool games/music sessions from the entertainment team treatments should not be bookable. So unrelaxing. |
