Courtney is a qualified sports massage therapist since 2017, she has experience with deep tissue, soft tissue release, relaxation and manual therapy. She has a range of experiences from sports clubs, healthcare clinics and private practice. Courtney has always been interested in sports and fitness, which led her to pursue a career in sports therapy. She completed her masters training and has since gained extensive experience in various aspects of sports massage therapy. Courtney is skilled in deep tissue massage, soft tissue release, relaxation and manual therapy. She has worked with a range of clients, from professional athletes to people recovering from injuries, and has consistently delivered high-quality treatments that have helped her clients achieve their goals.
