Previously, Francesca worked 'in Bari, where she provided 360° beauty and wellness treatments. Her ability to understand clients' needs and make them feel at ease fostered lasting relationships. Continuously updating her skills, Francesca stays abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the beauty and wellness sector through training and refresher courses.

Paid €15 to get my 4 year olds first manicure. She was so excited. The therapist rushed, didn’t even file my daughter’s nails. It wasn’t the experience I was expecting. And to top it off the nail polish didn’t even stay on a day. Very disappointed. |

Francesca was a terrible massage therapist, she has no training whatsoever, she told me she is a beautician who massage during the summer months only and that she doesn’t not enjoy massage. The experience was awful from start to finish and a complete waste of money. I have lodged a formal complaint and requested a refund. I would not recommend |
