Biography
Stephanie is a massage therapist and is qualified in a wide range of modalities. These include reflexology, reiki, nutrition & health coaching, NLP and exercise movement. She has been involved in the wellness space for over 5 years.
Originally from Ireland, Stephanie has lived in 5 countries before settling in Ibiza. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, DJing, exploring the outdoors and socialising with friends.
Stephanie's dedication to her craft has been recognized, as she won a wellness award for the whole of Ireland last year. Her clients often experience long-lasting relaxation, with one describing it as the most relaxed they've ever been.
Her goal is to provide stress relief and relaxation to her clients while offering health coaching advice when necessary. Stephanie brings a calm and friendly demeanour to the Massage Beach team, thrilled to be in Ibiza, her favourite place in the world!
